- Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We require a valid physical address for delivery purposes.

However, in the event that your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery. We require a opening video of your package to encourage any claims for damage in shipping.
Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, please note that changes to the shipping address may cause delays in delivery and additional charges, if applicable.
